Whats up, peeps? Last night I decided to play twilight instead of hitting the range. Played 13 holes at short arse Hermann Park in the museum district in Houston. Its a Par 70 and very, very short (5434 yards). I only blew up on a couple of holes, no 3-putts, and my short game only screwed me on 2 holes. Once I just got too excited and swung too hard, the other time I chose the wrong shot and knew it as soon as I hit it. Just wasn't thinking straight.
Finished the front 9 at 45. Then went bogey, triple-bogey, par, par, par before it was too dark to play. Last hole was a par 3 176 yards into the wind and I hit 4-Iron to 5 feet from the pin and then left the birdie putt 1 fricking inch short.
Can't wait for this weekend. Definitely gonna play at least one round tomorrow and Sunday. Hopefully I don't get stuck with any assholes since I will be heading out there by myself. Hoping to break 90 for the first time this weekend. Oh yeah.

Looks like Block 4, lot 5 at LaTour is going for 60K. They might have some wiggle room there. And buying a lot waives the 5K initiation fee.

Just finished my first round in 2 months.
87 with 9 three putts. I was really long and straight off of the tee, but it was brutal on and around the green.
