Thanks, my business partner wants to take the new guys to his condo next week to play there and have a meeting. Trying to decide if I want to tag along.

sounds like a great trip to me. This year in FL has been the coolest (weather wise) in the 3 yrs I have been here. Some courses are struggling a tad because the dormant Bermuda hasn't fully come back yet.

That is how Le Triomphe is. They are kinda scared about losing the greens. The greens have no new growth. They were rolling at a 12 last week for the tournament.

Whoa

That sedagive I took really threw me for a loop. Felt like a Chinamen sprawled out on the floor of an opium den. I can see why they did this all fuuckin day and night. All they needed was a copy of Scarface and a bag a grass.

I apologize. I just don't want to get burned again like I did last time. I didn't ask about a course called Sienna in Houston and that place was worst than atchafalaya. I mean a real shithole.
