I'm thinking this:

Oklahoma State beats Baylor. Texas loses to K-State. So OSU goes to the Cotton, not Texas. And the Cotton matches up Oklahoma State and LSU and sells it as the BCS game a lot of people wanted last year.

A&M goes to Cap One after Bama beats Georgia. Georgia goes to Chick-fil-A. South Carolina goes to Tampa for a Spurrier homecoming of sorts.
