I have seen a couple that were better, but my team lost those.
I was glad for the Cubs.

Yankees lost in 7 to Pittsburgh after a ball bounced up and hit the Yankee shortstop in the throat instead of ending the inning. Yankees won their three by scores like 12-2 and 9-3. Pirates squeaked out their 4 wins by one or extras.

Phillies lost to Toronto in 7 after Phils reliever McGraw gave up a 6 run lead to lose game 6, which would have won the series. I think it was 15-14. turrble, for me, but the Toronto come back is legendary. HRs by the Toronto stud in 6 and 7.
What made it horrific is that they brought McGraw back in game 7 with the game on the line and he was massacred.

Game 7's in any sport are always worth watching. Being a longtime Cubs fan this was sweet to the core. Only sad that my dad wasn't here to see his longtime lovable losers bring it home. I'll b putting his 40 year old Cubs hat on his grave stone in the morning.
