I believe the reporter has worked for SI. Don't know if he's a auto/race reporter.

ESPN just sent me an alert that he won't race at Bristol either. Kind of weird that he still hasn't came back to the track he must be pretty messed up over the whole thing

At this point he might as well sit out the rest of the season IMO

I don't believe he will race until the investigation is concluded and the officers in charge issue a formal statement. I expect that no charges will be filed, but the investigators are aware that the family will initiate a wrongful death suit and that their conclusions will be scrutinized by hired experts. Therefore, they won't issue the kind of blanket exoneration statement that Stewart is hoping for. Stewart will say that he knew he would be found "completely innocent" or something along those lines ( which is not the same as unable to prove criminal behavior), reiterate his sorrow and grief, offer his sympathy and condolences to the family, and resume his racing career. Both sides will feel justice was not served.

It was during a caution, they were going much slower and he wasn't bumper to bumper. His ability to see was much higher than this video and to say it is similar is being very disingenuous.

Besides, other drivers said they saw Ward Jr.
