They have to change that rule at the end of the half in the Michigan game. That was absolutely ridiculous. Delay of game penalty and then that penalty came with an additional 10 second runoff. And then the play clock started after the penalty. So teams could legit run off well over a minute of the play clock without snapping the ball.

Remember when Alabama beat Arkansas on something like that few years ago? Alabama got a delay of game and ran off clock after a stopped clock.
