What exactly was Pooka out for last week? I watched him play since middle school here. Amazing talent but not much in the classroom.

They never said, Beaty was very quiet about it. He warmed up last week and then 15 minutes before the game the team released a statement that he wasn't playing out of nowhere.

Thanks Arkyhawk. The talk at the high school game last night was around some remedial course work but who knows. Kid can really play I just wish he would have taken school more seriously. That is what kept all the big boys from signing him. I’ll be at the BU-KU game( visiting my BU grad daughter) and looking forward to seeing him play again.
