It's crazy and disgusting that they banned Russians at all, but I don't get the thinking to ban Russians but let her play?

She got some type of Kazakhstan citizenship a few years ago. But, they look like idiots for this. They probably couldn't or just didn't do a deep dive into everyone's story.
