Hear me out!
There are 2 reasons I'm rooting for Gump tonight.
1) Back to back and maybe Miss Terri will put a little pressure on him to ride off into her sunset. "Oh, look at you! Big football Coach...pfft." Back to back and all the records. Give it a rest!
2) This would be a horrible blow to the Dawgs. Period.
The players know they give it their all but time after time get slapped down. Recruiting gets hurt and that's what we need. Dawgs win and the money makes going there a no brainer for recruits.
"Dawgs can't beat Bama but at least LSU beats them and win Natty's more than anyone in the country!" doesn't feel like a great recruiting slogan but it's So there it is. I will suffer my punishment without remorse.

I want Georgia to break LSU’s 1958-2003 championship drought of 45 years. 1980-2022 is 42 years.
