I did. Been ignoring it as my jealousy and yearning for the west coast might get the best of me.
Oh and in 18-24 months I'll have a licensee opportunity in Phoenix for an enterprising group of folks that can network and close.

I wouldn't bet against Nate just bc of that interview. Those 2 always come across as retard mouth-breathers anytime they speak (even though I agree with most of what he just said). I wouldn't bet for or against either of them ever.....they're far too unpredictable. Betting against him due to that interview is like betting against him due to having the biceps of my grandmother.

The Diaz brothers love em or love em they bring it 100% real every time. You can't not love those guys. I think Diaz wins. Like he said "this is all I've got", he's got to fight and has to win to be able to get better paychecks.

Oh I imagine so it's a huge metropolis. What I mean by foodie scene... is it a thing, like restaurants and bars and being seen and having interesting independent restaurants and high end service, presentation, quality, etc.

It depends where you live. Where I live, Downtown Scottsdale, I am within a 5 minute WALK of literally a few hundred bars and restaurants that are not chains but if you live out in a suburb you are gonna get Chilis and Applebee's near you. Just let me know if you really think about moving here and ill let you know where to live. Nurse actually used to live in an Applebee's type area and I harassed her until her and her husband moved to my neighborhood and it changed their lives!
