Regardless of how you feel about Vitor's chances of being the same fighter without TRT, he's the rightful number one contender and should be considered a MUCH more dangerous opponent.
Chael went to Brazil and endured plenty and has Wanderlei let everyone down but still steps up and takes the fight? Jacare deserves it more, but Chael would be at least justly rewarded.
They really need to have Jacare in a main event of a fox show or something, showcase him as the next big thing and then use that momentum to at least draw with him at the top of the card.

I love Chael, but I don't think he deserves to be in a title eliminator fight especially with the MW division being so stacked right now. I think Vitor is deserving and Jacare too. I agree Jacare needs all the exposure he can get right now. I think the language barrier really hurts the Brazilian fighters in becoming huge stars in the USA.

I have to agree that this fight makes ZERO sense, but if you're Chael and agree to take that big of a step up in competition, it's not crazy to think you'd get a crack.

Sonnen doesn't deserve a title shot for a win and Vitor could have already been in line if not for the TRT bs. At this point they should do Jacare vs Rockold 2 and the winner fights the winner of Shell and Vitor for the title shot imo.

IMO Kennedy is more deserving right now than Sonnen and Rockhold.
