this is unheard of...

Declining a coaching position for the defending national champions for a sunbelt school is absurd. He would have to be making at least twice as much at FSU. Wow.

Don't not make excuses, S. Alabama did the same.

South Al barely moved the ball in the second half. Their defense dominated us, not the other way around.

Good thing only 2 quarters are played in football.

South Al had two touchdown drives of 30 yards and a defensive touchdown. After halftime when we stopped turning the ball over, they punted 6 times. Defense really had nothing to do with losing that game. 4 turnovers and a bunch of short fields did. Offense was a disaster and their defense was very good.

Did Diat get banned? I notice a lack of his annoyances in many of the Cajuns/Lafayette threads lately.

Our offense was to blame for that loss

S. Alabama had almost 200 yards rushing against that stellar d-line. I guess since his defense can't beat up opponents, he settles for beating his wife.

The Sunbelt is rejoicing, knowing he'll be back for another season.

Or not being able to contain the S. Alabama run game. Its seems they ran the ball quite easily.
