Two Minute Warning

Tonight, the two minute warning almost led to a completed Hail Mary, an all-time NFL single-game passing record, and another OT (Brady would have had 600+ yards, and the Pats would have had 700+ yards of total offense). Do you like the two minute warning?
Pros: Gives the losing team a greater chance with an extra timeout (although the Pats were able to run nine plays in 65 seconds). This allows for a more exciting finish, and one more commercial break per half (what's one more, right?)
Cons: It is similar to allowing teams to inbound at half-court after timeouts in the NBA. This benefits the losing team more than it does the leading team, and the losing team had all game to make plays, which it failed to do. Why give them an extra chance? An additional commercial break is allowed in each half; this becomes very annoying to the viewer (the incessant commercials is a reason I have stopped *watching* sports almost completely). Thoughts?

Brings way more strategy into the game, and the clock is stopped way less than in the college game. I have no problems with it. It's not like the Eagles didn't know about it to so they we're running there offensive strategy knowing there would be a 2 minute warning.

Hate it. I think it's outdated and should be done away with.

I prefer the college method of stopping the clock on first downs. Though, that has much the same effect. I also would love to see the NFL use the college OT method as well.

I wouldn't mind the OT rule if they started at the 40 or something. I hate that a team can score without successfully moving the ball (or even losing yards, like Georgia).

Really doesn’t make sense when a play takes place and ends around 1:55 and you still get the two minute warning

Just Curious, What are we warning them about?
We have Billionaire owners, watching Millionaire Coaches and Players, Thousandaire Officaials with hundreadire fans in the stands and an average educated second grader could tell when the clock strikes 2:00. If these guys can't figure out the have only 2:00 to go til half or end of game with a huge clock on every wall in the venue, do you really want the coaching or playing on your team?
