It would be a monumental collapse to be sure but it is very possible 2-4 puts them out
maybe, but sounds like you are over reacting to the last game. What are the schedules of those other teams? I know the Saints have a brutal stretch. Doubtful 3 teams would be 10-6, so 3-3 would be a virtual lock, 9-7 still should do it.

Honestly I've been wondering this all year. They never appeared to be an elite team to me. I'm more shocked at how badly their defense played
I don't know the schedules o the other teams
I know the Vikings have yet to play the packers or bears and the Seahawks have a favorable schedule with only one tough game left, but still the hawks aren't exactly an elite team either

There are 2 spots so someone besides just Seattle would have to pass them up.

It's not out of the realm of possibility that the saints win out or finish 10-6 if they win their next 3
Or the bucs really. They look good.

They play SF then at ATL on a short week and still have to go to the Giants, not out of the realm of possibilty they get to 10-6 but not likely. Its not out of the realm of possibilty that the Bears go 4-2 or 3-3, I'll stick to my original comment that if Culter comes back soon, they make it, if you disagree that's cool.

If Minnesota swept the Chicago games, they'd own the tiebreaker over the Bears; even if they lost the GB games, if they beat St. Louis they'd end up at 9-7, same as the Bears if they finished 2-4. The Vikings might also catch a big break if the Texans secured the AFC's top seed before the 15th game. Dallas also has a really soft back half of the schedule, so might be able to get into that 9 or 10 win range.
In short, the Bears can take a huge step towards locking up a playoff spot this weekend, by eliminating the possibility of a WC contender owning the tie breaker over them.

Yes.
They should bounce back against the Vikings next week, and the Seahawks aren't good away from home. Plus the Bears usually play rookie quarterbacks well.
If they win those games that would put them at 9-3 with 2 games up on the Seahawks and Vikings, and they own the tiebreaker with both teams and also the Cowboys if they manage to come back into the picture.
And we're forgetting they're still in position to win the division (tied for first).
I think the Saints get the final wildcard spot.

Winner of chicago/seattle gets 2nd wild card at 10-6. Saints finish 11-5 and get 1st wild card
