Be realistic. It has nothing to do with liberalism. It was a dog. Should that happen to them? No. Should we breed animals to starve them for veal? No, but frick, I love good steak.

Fact of the matter is that these people aren't victims. Yes, their dog was probably abused, and that's horrid. But he went to jail for something I saw done a lot when I was younger and hear of a ton still today. He doesn't need to go on Oprah and have the dogs come out and hang their tongues out apprehensively.

Vick went to jail for breaking the law (more to do with an illegal gambling operation than dog-killing). He served his time and I'm fine with his freedom to earn a living.

My problem with Vick is what I perceive to be inside the man. He has admitted to taking dogs that lost a fight and slamming them into the ground repeatedly until they died. I'll repeat...slamming them into the ground until they died. In my mind, there is something seriously dark and wrong with a person that can do that. And it's not something I think is easily fixed.

IMO, Vick is still messed up. He has changed how he presents himself to the public, and he may even feel some sort of remorse. But I don't believe that darkness isn't there anymore.

Stallworth went to a bar and then went home and slept. He woke up and got in a car (apparently thinking he was now sober), and hit/killed someone that ran in front of his car. There was no intent to harm someone. All accounts show that he was not just sorry because he got caught, but truly upset at what happened.

Little is a huge piece of shite. Not solely because of the DWI/Manslaughter incident. While that's horrible , way too many of us have been in the same situation and are just lucky we got home without incident. I'm not excusing him, or anyone else (including me), in a situation like this...all should pay dearly. What baffles me is how a multi-millionaire with a DUI/Manslaughter conviction could continue to drink and get behind the wheel. That's inexcusable to me.

Go read up on the actual "crime". Had he not been drunk, the same thing would have occurred. A guy ran across a highway and he had no chance to make it across.

I call bullshite on this. He blinked his lights at the guy first. Had plenty of time to stop if thats the case. He was fricking drunk and killed someone. That is fact. If it was you or me we would have done way more than 30 days.

I think that's the point that people aren't seeming to get. He didn't just kill dogs, it's the incredibly vicious and disturbed way he did it, and the fact that it was for fun.
