It's just Cal's fault that they sucked so hard at QB recruiting that they had to start him at QB...

41% completion rate or something. Sucked last year too.
Yeah, he started in 2009, then Tuel took over for the middle half of the season and got injured, then he finished the season. Tuel started all of 2010. This year, Tuel started the season hurt, so Lobbestael started and has actually been playing pretty well. Tuel is cleared to play now, so he should be taking back over soon.
