If they don’t want a high school kid then don’t draft him. Seems pretty simple.

What a stupid thing the MLB would do if they did this. The entire league is made up of people who got drafted at 18. I’m sure there’d also be some major obstacles, getting some of these guys from Latin America into an American University.

Would never happen. MLB execs hate college baseball they see it as an extension of a farm system. They would rather get a high school graduate right into the system
