Our baseball team is much better than theirs; their baseball coach's son came to UL to walk on instead of playing at La Tech. Although no one really cares about women's sports, our softball program is currently the best in the state so we have that over them too.

Sun Belt went 2-1 this bowl season all against the MAC. That's an improvement, we're improving in comparison to other lower tier conferences. Gotta start somewhere.

But still only 2 teams with winning records. I think the SBC took a step back this year with Troy and MTSU taking a step backwards. FIU did improve though.
