People like him are one of the main reasons that health insurance is so costly. He is at risk for diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. GLP-1 use for him should be mandatory or he can’t receive subsidized health care.

Pharmaceutical companies love sick people and want to keep people sick.
Healthy diets and lifestyles would cost the pharmaceutical industry billions.
They have a vested interest in making sure people lead unhealthy lifestyles which they then will help "treat"

My take is they are trying to say that people who take those shots to lose weight/diabetes or whatever shouldn’t be judged, that way more people will take it and therefore they make $$.
