That was a really stupid decision but no coach bats 1.000. Every great coach on the planet has a few boners.
It's pretty clear Carroll knows how to build a winning football program, considering what he's done at USC and Seattle.

The other thing is a worse coach probably isn't even there at all to mess it up.
Making back to back super bowls is a massive achievement as a coach. Not many people pull it off.
