When he went on the DL in 2010, it was in September. He didn't pitch at all in 2011. When he did finally shut it down in 2010, he had a 2.98 ERA after 199 innings pitched.

The frick are you talking about? Obviously I was poking fun at our new Mets troll but in all seriousness Johan hasn't made it through a season uninjured since 2008. But you probably wouldn't have noticed that since you admitted you like to only read the very beginning and very ends of things.

This might be the worst Braves game I've ever been in attendance for.
Everything went downhill after Bay robbed Wilson and Hanson can't stop falling behind to hitters. I called Ike Davis' bomb with 2 outs. You can't get him to 2 strikes with only secondary pitches then try to blow a fastball by him. He'll hit that ball deep 9 times out of 10. Poor effort from all aspects of the game today.

Well, since Johan was an All-Star in 2009 and didn't go on the DL until late August...

This is fantastic. 2009 was 3 years ago. Congrats. And he still found the DL at some point that season. Therefore, when I said,"DL again" with regards to Johan I was referring to 2009, 2010, 2011, etc.

I for one think Hanson should be a long reliever. He can't make it past 6 innings and I think Medlen has the stuff to be a starter. Maybe we could flip the two of them.
