He's got to take some beatings. Minor took his and ended up ok. Give him some time.

Meh, guy sucked in AAA last year too. Minor at least showed promise with his stuff.
Teheran's breaking ball is meh and his fastball is nothing special.

I don't understand why he isn't throwing his changeup, which is considered a plus pitch and better than his curve. I don't think he's throwing the 2-seamer I thought he'd been using either.
To give up on him so quick would be dumb though.

This what baffles me as well, he almost never throws it (throwing it only 5.4% of the time coming into the game)and it's possibly his best pitch (and a good out pitch, much better than his shitty curve). He also isn't throwing the sinker he had success with in spring training. It's like he was successful pitching one way in spring and has complete changed approach during the season.
