Actually pretty impressed with how Carolina is playing. They aren’t shell shocked at all, just continue to play their game. They’re getting to the rim at will and it seems like they get an offensive rebound on every missed shot.

Yeah, I'm surprised some smaller school in a big city like STL or CHI (DePaul) couldn't have Gonzaga success if they keep a few kids home.

They never got the top tier but they could get that once in a while top kid and all metro kids

If Iona had one or two guys with size that could rebound, they’d have a shot at this upset. UNC is getting 2-3 shots every trip down the floor. Iona gonna have to just bury threes again in the 2nd half.

Yeah its the defensive rebounding keeping UNC in the game. They are missing most of their first looks
Refs are assisting UNC though. I dont think Iona can overcome that. Part of the offensive rebounding for UNC is illegal positioning and grabbing the refs are not calling

I think a lot of it is they are getting out recruited by Mizzou, Illinois, Ohio State, and kU.

As I said they just need to get the kid that from McClure or Lutheran North that’s not all state but all metro.

It's possible, I think these days a lot of these kids want to be on TV and SLU isn't.
