I believe they are grandfathering a lot of kids that go to Seven Lakes and maybe Cinco Ranch currently that would be zoned for the new school (plus siblings that meet a certain criteria), so it will probably take a while to find their athletic footing in that district.

Yeap that's how they have handled all the other new schools in the district. They pretty much give kids the option. And not many 11th and 12th graders will want to transfer.
And the first varsity squad they put on the field will more than likely be all underclassmen.

It all comes down to how the zoning is done. And the zoning that the new high school will have will not put them in a position to win right away.

I think they have named it heard it last night at a Christmas party we were at but I guess I had a few to many because I can't remember what it is.
It had a persons name and the mascot was something kind of goofy I thought.

yeah,, the soph QB has made some good plays and might be too fast for the Redskin D.
