Man I don't know if I was wrong about the 5/6 seed thing, or if they changed it recently, but this draw is fricked.

They got Novak and Rafa in the 1st quarter, and Alcaraz and Zverev in the 2nd quarter.

Somebody who doesn't deserve it is making the final. Either Shitsipants or Ruud I'm assuming.

The 4th quarter is arse and Sinner is probably the favorite.

Wow. Seeing Djokovic +190, Alcaraz 200, Nadal 370, Tsitsipas 500, Zverev 1800, Ruud 2300, and Sinner 4800. Those moves all make sense except Sinner.

Shitty. My 6/1 on him is sitting pretty.

Rafa got the draw of death. Novak's quarter and he gets FAA in the 4th round. Stan in the 2nd round too although I'm not sure what form he is in.

One thing you know... Stan is gonna go for broke. If he dies, he dies.

Bunk where is that 48/1 on Sinner?

Fanduel.
LINK

MGM has their lines pulled, probably trying to process everything. But, Fanduel seems to have adjusted already as Tsitsipas dropped from 600 and Rafa increased from like 270 or 290.

Swiatek at -125 and next up is Halep at +1000. Honestly, Jabroni at +1400 seems like great value.

FD has 120/1 on Kecmanovic too.

Westgate in Vegas is nutty. Just took Shitsi at 10/1, Sinner 50/1, and Kecmanovic 200/1.

ETA: Just noticing Shitsi has Musetti in the 1st round. He's gonna have to be on his game right from the jump.

It looks like Sinner and Rublev are slated for the fourth round. So, I think you pick whichever guy you think is better and ride that as they have a great chance to make the final. I realize I am underestimating Medvedev and Ruud. Tsitsipas is the issue. But, I don't think you can just pencil him in to the semis. Musetti is tough first round.

You can start the RG thread since it looks like MV is nowhere to be found.

Agree with this. I'm looking to take Sinner to win the 4th quarter and also to reach the final (hopefully 15/1 or better).

Sinner does seem like some good value.

On behalf of the All England Club and the Committee of Management of The Championships, we write in response to the decisions taken by the ATP, WTA and ITF Boards to remove ATP, WTA and ITF ranking points for The Championships 2022.

We appreciate that opinions differ in relation to our decision to decline entries from Russian and Belarusian players to The Championships this year, and we deeply regret the impact of this decision on the individuals affected.

However, given the position taken by the UK Government to limit Russia's global influence, which removed automatic entry by ranking, and the widespread response of Government, industry, sport and creative institutions, we remain of the view that we have made the only viable decision for Wimbledon as a globally renowned sporting event and British institution, and we stand by the decision we have made.

As we have previously stated, after careful consideration against a variety of factors, and bound to act in accordance with the directive guidance from the UK Government, we came to two firm conclusions that formed the basis for this decision.

We were not prepared to take any actions which could risk the personal safety of players, or their families. We believe that requiring written declarations from individual players – and that would apply to all relevant players – as a condition of entry in the high-profile circumstances of Wimbledon would carry significant scrutiny and risk.

In addition, we remain unwilling to accept success or participation at Wimbledon being used to benefit the propaganda machine of the Russian regime, which, through its closely controlled State media, has an acknowledged history of using sporting success to support a triumphant narrative to the Russian people.

We therefore wish to state our deep disappointment at the decisions taken by the ATP, WTA and ITF in removing ranking points for The Championships. We believe these decisions to be disproportionate in the context of the exceptional and extreme circumstances of this situation and the position we found ourselves in, and damaging to all players who compete on Tour.

We are considering our options, and we are reserving our position at this stage. We are also in discussion with our Grand Slam colleagues.

In the meantime, we remain focused on our exciting plans for The Championships this year.

This is awesome. We made a terrible move to ban Russians, but we had the option to make an even worse decision, so we're actually the good guys here.

I'd say you can't make it up, but literally nothing surprises me these days.

Probably gonna try some crazy shite and take Musetti 40/1 to win this quarter. If he upsets Shitsi, it's not like there's anyone he absolutely can't beat here.

Not really a fan of any of these prices. Possibly Garin but he tends to play too many 5-setters and can't walk by the 3rd or 4th round.

That's wild.

How will that even work? Djokovic I guess is the biggest loser there because he loses the 2,000 points for winning last year.

ETA: Also frick Wimbledon. I certainly remember it being the only Slam cancelled in 2020 with their pandemic insurance bullshite.

Maybe some value with Tommy Paul. It's not unbelievable for him to come out of that group.
