nobody, im pretty sure that rick is saying that i gave up too much. and thats fine. i rode harden all year long and it was risky, and i think it was time to trade him.
i lacked power in the worst way, and i upgraded, and plan to do some more. i had FOUR very good pitchers, and could afford to get rid of one, and then concentrate on it in the draft
so whatever everyone elses opinion is about that, i really dont care. i had two extra picks in the draft, and i planned on using them in this exact way when i traded for them earlier on in the season
boo, ive decided that i value vmart much more right now. if i cant get better than what people are offering, i might as well just keep him and see what happens with him, and hope that he returns to form, which i think he will

That's cool... Chris Young isn't chopped liver... he'll be able to help me out this season and next too if I don't trade him.

i understand
vmart was the number one catcher going into the season for a reason, and was hurt all year and was still hitting like 310 or whatever he was hitting. i know young is good, but i just think that i can either get better than him, or reap the rewards of vmart when he comes of the dl in a week or two.
im still open to trades though

But 0 HR is a concern. I think he'll come back fine, or I wouldn't have offered Chris Young... but I'm not sure he'll be the #1 catcher again.
