I dont even remember hte details, just that I think i have a 6 or 7 W/L grace once we even break even.

Ok, since we're all being honest here...I have received a pretty good offer for Lee from another party, I won't say names but it includes a pretty decent/keeper OF plus a 1st and 3rd
