I had a grand on OSU in that championship game. 
I was pretty stunned that what I perceived as a mediocre Fla squad dominated OSU and Michigan laid an egg in the Rose.

And now Day has to be THE CEO. And he has to get all Meyer's loyalists to do it his way - NOT the Meyer way. Good luck with that.
Some assistant coaches will be looking to help Day, and some will only help him fall on his face. Deposing a legend, and then holding on to that power, can be a slippery slope.

You have Hill twice. But he's gone as is (probably) Victor - both have played a lot for 3 seasons. And Hill has had the most receptions out of all the WR's over the past 3 seasons. No way he stays. He's a 3rd round pick at worst. No upside for Hill or Victor to stay for the Martell show.
