Starting Allen today is a clear message to the team:
If you wont play for Elliot, then Allen will be the starter. He's pointing the blame solely on those on the ice, has nothing to do with Elliot, but all with players not showing up for 80% of this series.

I'm just hoping Vasilevskiy, Sorokin, Zaitsev, and Provorov develop into elite players because Russian defense has been horrible for awhile and guys like Bobrovsky and Varlamov are too inconsistent
