As a college QB, how could you not be a fan. As an NFL QB, if you think he is a starter...well...see above...

I don't think he is an nfl starter but I do hope he does well. the dude had the heart and will of a champion in college and should have won 2 Heismans. I get that espn force feeds him to everybody which turns some people off but I don't see how anyone can legitimately hate the guy.

I dont hate Tebow. I hate Tebow the NFL player.

He isnt a QB and should be treated appropriately. I can give you a list of good to great college QBs that did ok in the league at different positions, Tebow may have been one of them, but the fact that he chose to try and be drafted as a QB made me dislike him as an NFL player. (and yes I realize McDaniels took him, but he's an idiot and was fired for being an idiot.)

For sure. Believe me when your team's best clipboard-holder suddenly becomes the clipboard-holder for your division rival, it can play all sorts of mind games.

Unfortunately, your post is incorrect. Tebow was the second-best clipboard holder behind Greg frickin McElroy

Good situation for Tebow. He should have been on the bench learning for several years in the first place. It wasn't his fault that Orton and Sanchez were so terrible that there was a vocal group pushing him to start when he clearly wasn't ready.

If nothing else, Bill will know how to use Tebow in some gadget plays out of the backfield that Rex Ryan could only dream of.
