The frick am I worried about? This is a make or break year for Michigan. Ryan Day is about to stroll up to that shithole of a city and whoop arse eliminating Michigan from playoffs contention. And then 6 months later the Michigan program is going to get sent back to the Rich Rod era with the penalties placed on them.

Removing the in person scouting rule, not the ban on electronic recording rule or the ban on using electronics to steal signs.

ooooohhhhhh, so now we're being technical? show me proof that Connor Stallions was at opposing games. not his friends/scouts or any 3rd party affiliates

And it's not a technicality. You can't record the other team when you don't play them. That's a rule in every high school or college rules set across the country. It's a massive unfair advantage if you get footage of such as signs. You know that. You're embarrassing yourself.
And if someone evaluates a rule and decides to keep it, means you can break it?
