call me crazy.. but the day we start piss testing senators and congressmen we can start bitching about alcohol or illegal narcotics athletes consume. until then idgaf what non performance enhancing substance an athlete consumes, who am i kidding i still won't then.

If you clearly get caught breaking rules, you get punished. He signed an agreement and broke the agreement. There isn't anything else to discuss.
