Just wondering, why didn't June Jones get a better better job at a bigger college? He did so well at Hawaii.....

quote:The Pac-10 doesn't want Utah and BYU, and the Big 12 doesn't want TCU. So that's why we're discussing it.
Or bsu, Utah and byu could join the PAC 10 and smu and tcu could join the big 12 and let all those other teams sort themselves out. I think it's ridiculous that this is even being discussed.
quote:I'm saying nothing of an automatic bid; the auto-bid doesn't matter, really. An expanded MWC champion will have at least ten wins and be in the top ten virtually every year. That's BCS-worthy, auto-bid or not.
Eventually one of these 3 or 4 perennial powers is going to get snuck in conference and if you have them as an auto qualifier we're gonna wind up with an 8-4 Nevada or Utah state in a bcs bowl they have no business being apart of.
quote:The conference currently is stronger than the ACC, which means now that in two straight years it has been better than a BCS conference. If the conference got even better, they would occasionally move even further up the list. Pointing out that a conference has a few shitty teams does nothing for your argument.
Let's be honest...the WAC and the MWC have 4 teams collectively that every now and then are Maybe worthy of a bcs shot...why should the rest of the teams in those conferences be considered good too?

There are a couple bcs conferences looking to expand, the good teams need to join or shut up.

I wouldn't be suprised if Jones starts stealing some skill position recruits in Texas from the likes of of UT, aTm, and OU.

I picked nevada as a 34 pt pick. Totally way off. They didn't show up at all.
