Damn. I never gave Slice a chance against Shamrock (assuming the first thing Shamrock does is a double leg takedown or something on Slice).
Never thought about Shamrock actually throwing the fight. That might cause me to break a tv or two.

He made his mixed martial arts debut on June 23, 2007, at Cage Fury Fighting Championships 5 against former heavyweight boxing champion Ray Mercer. Slice surprised many by taking the fight to the ground and pulling off a first round guillotine choke submission.
This is why I hate this guy. People always bring his name up with him fighting Tyson. If the first thing he did against Mercer (who was well into his 40's at the time)was take him down, then I guess he couldn't hang with Mercer in the stand up game.

Ken Shamrock vs Kimbo Slice Elite XC fight scratched
By: MMAmania
The much anticipated and highly publicized main event between Kimbo Slice and Ken Shamrock tonight at the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise, Fla., has been scratched.
MMAmania.com has learned that Shamrock has suffered an injury within the last 24 hours and will be unable to compete.
The promotion is apparently working overtime, including replacing Shamrock with Seth Petruzelli, to ensure that Slice still has an opponent for when the CBS broadcast concludes, which begins at 9 p.m. ET.

Seth Petrozelli could kick that big fricking retard in the head and KO him
Posted on 10/4/08 at 6:21 pm to GoldenBoy
very fishy.
seth normally fights at 205 and is usually a light heavyweight when not cutting weight.
i hope seth knocks his fricking head off if this is the case.

That sounds fishy.
Smells fishy too.
Seriously, did Shamwow grow some morals and decide he couldnt take the dive?
Maybe he asked for more cash today, thinking no way XC would cancel the card?
