I posted my predictions a week ago...USC 10-2...I've never seen this team in the title game because I watched them all last year. This is not a PC type team talent-wise on D. And Barkley isn't some perfect QB. Far from it.
You need a powerful D-line to win the title in today's CFB...USC doesn't have it. They'll struggle with Oregon again because of it...and could quite possibly lose other games on the road as well.
Having to outscore everyone is not a key to success in the long run. The offense will have off-nights...if this offense is even as good as some think it will be...I think it will be pretty much the same as last year. Really good but not great.
USC as favorites doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Most USC fans will tell you that.

Two of the top five WR's in the Nation play for SC. Obviously, no one is going to agree on the order of those five.

Yes ... yes they are. LSU has beaten 'Bama the past two years and is likely to do it again this year. I would say the LSU is at least on the same level as 'Bama.
