Charlie Ward???! Come on man, he was a very good college QB but not even remotely close to Tebow.

Trent Dilfer was cut after winning a Super Bowl.

Shaun King got benched after the Bucs went 10-6 with him. He also started in the NFC CG as a rookie.

Mark Sanchez was the Jets QB for consecutive trips to the AFC CG, and you guys want to bench him.

Have people seen some of the QBs in this league? Someone needs to give Tebow a shot.

Which starters should Tebow replace, in your opinion?

And provide an argument to support your claim.

2 more years and he vested in the NFL Retirement thing. That's probably not his mindset, but I'm sure someone in his personal camp is aware of this.

Good point. If I were in his shoes, I would ask my agent to put out feelers with other teams (whoever made the Belichick comment is spot on) and try to make the most of my NFL experience for two more years. If, after those two years, I were not completely happy, I'd go to Canada and beast up there. The time spent in a more pass happy league with slightly less defensive talent would help in development, so after a couple seasons there, return to the NFL as a solid QB.

If he's the third QB, it doesn't matter. Remember, only 45 guys are active on gameday and some guys aren't ever activated all season.

None, but as a backup he is better than the pos Minn put on the field last week.
