Lets say all the players from both teams went to a gym and played pickup without anyone knowing their names or schools. I doubt there would be much of a noticeable difference in talent past the top 3 or 4 guys. In college, its the coaches and their systems who are the difference makers.

Bama has nice talent, but certainly lacks in the head coaching department in comparison to Nova.

Alabama has more athletic players. Villanova has better basketball players and better shooters.
