First thought, she looks a lot like Kawhi Leonard. Gotta be his twin. Not trying to be rude, but she really does 
But fr though, I do sort of feel bad for her. It is hard to define intersex people. They have the real life problems that trannies want to or pretend to have.
Personally, I say just let her run. After all, she is competitive in the women's league. She would get absolutely crushed trying to compete with the men at all.
