Booby! tOSU will never struggle and I'm not particularly a fan. The are for most purposes the only game in the state and have a machine that has been running since Woody Hayes in the late 50's.
However, there is a sleeper not mentioned . Maryland. Under Armor's founders are Maryland grads and they have signaled they want to get in on NI L stuff

I would say Bama's days are probably numbered more than Georgia's. There is appreciably a lot more money in Atlanta than the entire states of Alabama and Mississippi and probably Louisiana combined.
If money begins to be that much of a factor, look for non traditional teams in large metro markets to make splash. I said Maryland because of Under Armor, but you might want to look at Minnesota as well. There's a lot of untapped money in Minneapolis/St.Paul
