You don't watch him play if you think he just throws it up to his receivers. He isn't mobile, but he is as good in the pocket as any qb in the NFL and he throws darts to his receivers. Personally, like Romo, he is a douche but still an elite QB.

Rivers is better than Romo. It might be close but Rivers has had better numbers. Also, you cant just "throw it up to receivers in the NFL." Thats just dumb as shite to say.
