Damn I thought that was the name of the ginger who saw Sandusky raping a kid in the shower and didn’t do anything

That's not the law in PA. You go to Childline...Office of Children and Youth. The same people who referred children to Sandusky.

You are telling me that someone sees a child being raped and he can't call the police in PA. Please. If he calls the police, he'll get arrested???

That's not what I said. And that is not the law I was talking about.
As a "Mandated Reporter" you call Childline and they do the investigation. If you suspect abuse, certain people are required by law to call Childline.
The redheaded coach did not see a child being raped...he heard slapping noises and saw Sandusky in the shower. He suspected abuse.
He did what he was supposed to do and tell Joe Pa. Joe Pa did his job and told his superiors.
His supervisors did not do there job...that is why they went to jail.
