Lebron is a good fit for any team.

did you miss this....

Im not gonna sit here and say Lebron wouldnt be a welcome upgrade over ariza, he would be, I just hate how he's always bringing politics into everything from the "i cant breathe shirts" to the racist graffiti on his house that he wouldn't prove to the constant trump remarks. I just don't think texans really would embrace that.

The guy is one of the 2 or 3 greatest players all time, but Texans aren't Californians, they're not gonna embrace someone making constant political statements. You think a guy like Colin Kaepernick would go over well in Houston like he did out in San Fran?

Would he win titles? If yes, they wouldn't mind.

That's fine we'd love championships, nobody said we wouldn't. Im just saying Tilman Fertitta is a huge republican donor, I've been to events at his home for fundraisers. He does a great job hosting those events at his house, and he always has athletes coming through them. Tilman was a Trump supporter, he constantly is on CNBC and always talks about what a great job Trump is doing. I was at one of his big fundraiser parties recently and all the rockets were there, do you see Lebron going to a trump support event? Tilman and Lebron honestly dont seem to have personalities that mesh, perhaps if Lebron can put the nonsense aside and do it as a basketball move to get his legacy cemented with 4 or 5 or 6 titles, then sure, would love to have the guy, but keep it basketball only.

Everything you said is entirely irrelevant.

If Lebron says he wants to go to HOU, HOU will jump through all the necessary hoops to make that happen.

Pop seems to be doing alright in Texas and he hates trump too. Weird.

Also what makes them a threat to sign Lebron? Would they even have money to sign him?
