I think it looks good. The Sonic Rings are interesting. I believe there are about 2000 seats up there in addition to the standing room sections.

Hard to get excited for a basketball/hockey arena.
All look the same. A square thing in the middle surrounded by tons of seats on top of it with little creative wiggle-room.
