They definitely win the west if McFadden and Campbell didn't get injured. I'm a lifelong Raiders fan, and for the first time in years, I was excited to see them play. They were 7-4 before losing 4 of the last 5.

Healthy Mcfadden and campbell = raiders are going to new england this weekend instead of the broncos.

This looks like a dumb move until you remember the stupid comments he made after the season finale

Blamed the lose all on his players and didnt take any responsibility

I wouldn't say he wasn't taking any responsibility and I think it's awesome that he demanded accountability from everyone.
