I sat behind the scouts for a few innings, they clocked Greg at 89 a few times, then his curve came in at 72 it was pretty good stuff. His 10 k's were impressive.

I wouldn't get too excited about it. UALR is horrible and should drop baseball. They would have trouble beating good high school teams. I saw all 3 games and couldn't tell the difference b/t little league baseball and UALR. Their coaching was atrocious and I saw only one or two guys that could have seen an inning or two for ULL during mop up duty. Sad thing is I heard Ark State was just as bad.

I see where ULL stubbed their toe against Houston last night. The Cougars usually field a solid team but that obviously isn't the case this season with their 7-16 record.

our starter couldn't locate any of his pitches so we were doomed from the start. i don't think this will be a trend because i think mike cook will probably take over midweek duties and he's a really solid pitcher.
