All I am going to say about the ECU line is that it has GROWN since it opened. There's a reason for that.

There's no such thing as a lock.

If you want to do well, you have to bet on a lot of games and understand long-term trends. For example, before the B(C)S era, dogs covered the spread 70% of the time if the spread was 28 or more. (Dunno if that's still the case). But you would have to bet on all those games to take advantage because you can't know if a single game will be part of the 70 or part of the 30.

Another thing to try is check the weather on gameday and place your bet at the last minute. So if you have high-powered offenses based on speed and you find out the game will be played in a monsoon, you can bet the under.

With my picks so far (both against SC) you'd be 2-0. The lock is taking SC and giving 12 to Minnesota this week.
