It's not very hard to follow. The girl that is married to a man was said she was married to keep up with appearances. Of course keeping up with appearances is a real thing, I'm not arguing that and it'd be completely dumb to argue that. But there is literally no basis to say that that is what this chick is doing. We might as well assume Sophie Cunningham, Caitlin Clark, etc. are all lesbos too and only dating men to keep up with appearances.
