And if he did, it's cool. He's got a lot of taxes to pay. Has to come from somewhere

https://blog.primewagers.com/1/category/billy%20walters%20gambler/1.html
Billy Walters oft uses whale gamblers to get down his plays, besides traditional means(his runners, clerks), and also independent movers that have runners in the LV streets(though this much more a thing of the past then current days)..
He has to keep his MO(modus operandi) continually on the move, as the whole world is trying to either steal his plays, or cut him off from destroying smaller or limited bookmakers.
Celebrity gamblers are allowed special treatment quite often by certain BMs, BW has been known to utilize their privileges as his beards, for a healthy commission.
How the hell you serious golf guys not know the name Billy Walters? He's not just the largest and most famous name ever in Sportsbetting. He's now become pretty huge in the Golf World too, Google his hustle job at recent Pebble Beach Pro-Am, or Walters Golf-Las Vegas(he owns half the golf clubs in town)..

Have no clue, but a joint probe, and the names involved, make for a very interesting case.
Just know this about BW, he once had been being tapped and hounded for years by LV's suits, and still beat a 43 count case in court..came out spotless sans a mountain of cash seized and never returned..Uncle Sam pulled an 0-fer-43.
Vegas and Nevada politicians rewrote the local ordinances/laws ironically after he had bought land on the cheap, and or wanted to develop old golf courses into premier subdivisions,etc..
Hollywood will make a movie about him one day..I hope they do it right..it could be fabulous!

This possible association begs the question, is PM the super astute NFL handicapper that he appears?
Or, has someone else done some of his homework for him on some of those reported winning sprees?
I suspect the truth may lie somewhere between?

Much to the delight of the other residents of your trailer park I'm sure. Maybe after you get your GED in a few years you can expand your vocabulary.

I wonder if Jim Nantz will gush all over him for being a "family man" the next time he calls a tournament Phil wins like he did after the Tiger scandal.

a serious piece of shite, him and kerkorian destroyed TWA. Borrowed a shite load of money, with TWA as the borrower, and no where to be found when bills were due. All the while, cashing in as he sold the company off.
