OK, now I'm really going to bed.

Hopefully, by the morning, you'll have wasted more time out of your miserable life digging up some more sorry attempts to make your point in my post history. And they'll probably fail as miserably in your quest as did the first couple.

STU-PID.

Wow. A coach speaks out for something that the vast majority of fans want and he's bashed like a pinata. No bias going on here at all.

FYI - he's been very consistent over the years regarding his dislike of the BCS system even though he's been to two title games.

Oregon State still disagrees with you.
that is the only thing ya'll have in common and OSU played like they were out of their mind that night to pull the upset, all I am simply saying is go to a playoff, if you guys are as good as ya'll claim, you won't have a problem.

JoePa's wanted a playoff for over 20 years...and every post I have made on this board (just about) has screamed for a playoff.

You got my support...but don't say we're not deserving of a shot.

btw...Oregon State vs Ole Miss...who wins?

Does anyone here think that a college football playoff might trump the NFL playoffs? I mean as far as ratings go.

+1

It would be the best thing for college football period. Let it be settled on the field and not on a computer, in a writer's feeble mind or a coaches biased mind.

the ratings would be off the charts, you just gotta convince the old fogey stogeys that control the NCAA, they love all the traditional bullshite, you could still have that, the big bowls, Rose, Sugar, Fiesta, etc. but in a playoff format.

Not a chance, IMO. Look at the SB v. BCS CG ratings.

IMO I would've excluded the Super Bowl only because it's more of an international event than the games leading up to the Super Bowl.

don't agree, the ratings for the BCS isn't as high as it could be because of what were arguing about true champions going head to head

and so you still think that makes PSU a better team than SC
Not so.

Better record: fact.
Tougher schedule: likely.

That's what I believe. I think Florida is the best team; just my opinion. I don't think opinions should matter. I'm with the numbers.
