youre right those offenses down there arent that good and the big 12 doesnt have 3 qb's and one wr in the heisman race

Yeah it's easy to put up numbers when you play horrible defenses week in and week out. There is a reason why 9 QB's complete 65 percent or higher of their passes in that conference and it isn't because the defenses are good.
I don't know who to root for now to win it all.
Maybe a Big XII team or maybe an SEC team...will have to pick somebody!

they might not be good but they arent d3 defenses they are d1 athletes and i would be willing to bet that the big 10 would shite a brick in the big 12 this year and the big 12 offenses would score about the same amount of points as they are now

The Big XII wouldn't put up the same amount of points as they do against each other. The quality of defense just isn't as good as in the Big X. Plus they should play more games in sub 30 degree weather with 25-30 mph gusts and see how the offensive numbers come out.

the big 10 has played one MAYBE two games like that this year most are played in hot to mild weather, but this appears to be a difference in opinions that isnt going to change so i'll just leave it at that

I'm with you...and no disrespect to those teams in the Big XII.
I think it's safe to say Iowa owns us now too. 6 out of 7 they've had our number.

Yep we gotta win with class and lose with class. I wish a lot of our fan base would rep it the way JoePa does more often. I feel worse for him than I do for my fellow alumni. Would've liked to see him get there this time.

The big ten teams play at least 2-3 games and maybe 4 in bad weather. Come late October and definitely in November the weather becomes a factor during games. There might be snow during games the next two weeks and wind.
It's definitely cold by Southern standards for most games beginning in mid-October.
I'm amazed by my warm-weather friends who say they love to see NFL and college games played in snow and stuff and yet don't think it's a factor during the season.

Good to see someone up here that watches our games gets it. Thanks Wiggum.

if you noticed i said played not will play this season so the stats thus far wouldnt have been effected that much. i lived in wisconsin for a few years so i have first hand knowledge of the weather when it is cold and know what -30 feels like

Well I live in Big Ten Country and sat through cold, snow, and wind in East Lansing, Ann Arbor, Madison, and Evanston.

Nittany,
I bet we lose the SEC CG and play Penn State in the Sugar bowl. That will be a great game if it happens. You can bet your arse that if the Sugar Bowl gets a chance to put us together in that game it will happen.

Scoop,
You guys should have more faith! That's why they play the games.
I'd love to play Bama in the Sugar but I'm rooting for two unbeaten teams in the BCSNC. I wish I could say I hope to see you guys but I can't as long as you got that 0 in the loss column.
Congrats for doing today what we couldn't.

You have Penn St losing next week against Indiana, then beating Mich St? Because that's the only way I see Penn St in a BCS game that's NOT the Rose.
